PROCEDURE: This property will be offered in 9 individual tracts, any combination of tracts and as a total 112 acre unit. There will be open bidding on all tracts and combinations during the auction as determined by the auctioneer. Bids on tracts, tract combinations, and the total property may compete.
Tract Divisions: Any tract or combination of tracts less than 20 acres are subject to Steuben County Plan Commission approval. The cost for this platting, if necessary, will be split 50/50 between Buyer and Seller. All tracts or combination of tracts more than 20 acres are exempt.
DOWN PAYMENT: For Real Estate Tracts 10% down payment on the day of auction with the balance due at closing. For Timber Tracts 25% down on day of auction with the balance due within 10 days.
